Naujovės PlayStation 5 žaidimuose
Sony prezidento Kenichiro Yoshida teigimu - PS5 yra 100 kartų greitesnis už PS4 apdorojant žaidimų duomenis. Tai suteikia žaidimų kūrėjams plačias galimybes sukurti greitesnius ir labiau įtraukiančius žaidimus, kuriuose detalūs vaizdai ir tekstūros užkraunamos per sekundės dalis.
Be to, Playstation 5 žaidimų atnaujinimai bus beveik nebepastebimi, kadangi greitame 5GB/sekundę SSD diske nebereikės laukti naujų failų suradimo ir užkrovimo. Taigi – jokių instaliavimų, kaip iki šiol.
Naujausi PS5 žaidimai bus papildyti išskirtinėmis pojūčių galimybėmis – pultelio vibracijomis per lytėjimą (Haptic feedback), iš įvairių pusių sklindančiu garsu su PS5 konsolės Tempest 3D AudioTech bei skirtingos įtampos pojūčiu – per pultelio prisitaikančius mygtukus (Adaptive triggers).

Call of Duty: Black Ops – Cold War išleidimo data - 2020 lapkričio 13. Tai žaidimo Black Ops tęsinys, kuriame žaidimo istorija nukels į 80-tųjų įtemptą politinę situaciją su pažįstamais istoriniais veikėjais ir slaptu sovietų agentu. Žaidime teks nusikelti į tokias šaltojo karo įtampų zonas, kaip rytų Berlynas, Vietnamas, Turkija, sovietų KGB štabas ir kt. Pasinerkite į slaptas nedokumentuotas misijas su neoficialiais taikiniais. Žaidime turėtų būti tiek įprasta multiplayer, tiek zombies multiplayer versijos.
Horizon Forbidden West
Horizon Forbidden West yra Horizon Zero Dawn tęsinys - tai žaidimas, nukeliantis į pasaulį po apokalipsės, kuriame Aloya medžioja mašinas keliaudama per Kaliforniją, Jutą ir Nevadą. Jai tenka susidurti su pavojingomis gentimis, didelėmis audromis ir mirtinomis mašinomis. Aloyos tikslas - surasti iš kur atsirado virusas, pražudantis viską, ką tik suranda - jai teks pereiti lygumas, dykumas, snieguotus kalnus ir tropinius kraštus ir sunykusius miestus tiek sausumoje, tiek po vandeniu. Žaidimą Horizon Forbidden West kuria Guerrilla Games, o leidėjas - Sony Interactive Entertainment.

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales - naujas veiksmo - nuotykių žaidimas, kuriamas Imsomniac Games ir kurį išleis Sony Interactive Entertainment. Tai bus antras žaidimas po Marvel's Spider-Man pagal Marvel Comics superherojų Miles Morales. Šio žaidimo pasakojimas tęsiasi dar nuo Marvel's Spider-Man, jame Miles Morales įgelia genetiškai patobulintas voras ir Miles įgauna galių, panašių į ankstesnio herojaus Peter Parker. Miles susigyvena su savo nauja žmogaus-voro role ir ima ginti savo namus ir visą Nju Jorką nuo gaujų kovų tarp Roxxon Energy Corporation ir technologijų kriminalinės armijos Undergraud, kuriai vadovauja Tinkerer.

NBA 2K21 ateina į PS5 ir mes su nekantrumu laukiame kaip žaidimo leidėjas 2K išnaudos naujos kartos technologijas šiame žaidime. Jau PS4 skirta versija laikoma pirmaujančiu rinkoje sporto video-žaidimu.
